About Across Minds

Across Minds aims to explore how different cultures interpret mental health, an interest rooted in witnessing others’ navigation of emotional silence within my all-girls school. The blog investigates the unspoken ways people process pain and healing, especially through language and facial microexpressions. We draw on psychology, psychoanalysis, linguistics, and anthropology to write bi-weekly articles.
